Randy Travis, Contemporary Country very talented artist he has released latest album titled Inspirational Journey and Wow! It's really good.
Randy Travis is a super star in the Contemporary Country genre for a while now and inspiring travel is an excellent illustration why.
Inspirational Journey is a pleasantly varied, mix of 12 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly talented artist. With many of the songs displaying a lot of the kind emotion that makes for a great listen. Seemingly drawing from what I can only imagine his own personal experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions like love, heartbreak, pain, failed relationships and unattainable romance. They are all here.
General Inspirational Journey is an excellent introduction. What I call must have music. I give it two thumbs up and is certainly a worthy addition to any modern country collection. Truly an outstanding Contemporary Country CD. One of which is totally not all wasted time, because each track is simply amazing.
While the entire CD is outstanding the truly striking numbers are track 3 - How will you choose, number 5 - Riding on a nail, and track 8 - Do not Ever Sell Your Saddle.
My Bonus Pick, and the one who got Sore [... as in "Stuck On Repeat"] is track 7 - Feet on the rock. It is a great track!
