Happy Birthday Harmonica Music

License to chill is the latest Pop CD released by the very talented Jimmy Buffett, who once again has a brilliant collection of tracks. I am sure Jimmy Buffett fans, and Pop fans will be happy about this.

Unfortunately it is not every day that I am a CD from an artist that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from the beginning to get to the end. There is usually a song or two that I just can not force myself to get through. Not the case with License to Chill. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

License to chill is a pretty varied mix of 16 tracks that are very good songs by this clearly gifted artist. With many of the songs displaying a large part of the kind emotion that makes for a great listen. Seemingly drawing from what I can only imagine are him own real life experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions like love and the pain of failed relationships can certainly be heard.

License to chill is a first class CD, delivering a something for everyone. I give it two thumbs up. It is quite simply great listening. A must buy if you're even slightly in pop music.

While The entire CD is really very good some of my favorites are track 4 - Coast O Carolina, track 7 - Trip Around the Sun, and track 16 - Back To The Island

My Bonus Pick, and the person that got Sore [... as in "Stuck On Repeat '] is track 13 - Window on the world. Good stuff!
