Hey everyone I would ask: If Harmonica beginner, should I buy a diatonic or Chromatic? I am planning to learn it myself Thanks a lot
I think you might have better luck starting with a diatonic have. Diatonic: the scale increases through the entire show. Chromatic means that increases in half tones - there are twice as many points as closer, so you would have to be precise to get the melody well. You should be able to play many simple songs without sharps and flats of chromatic. Once you master and begin to explore its limitations, it will be time to move.
