The very talented group Trick Pony have released their latest CD on Curb Records (USA) recording label, entitled RIDE.

Unfortunately, ita's not every CD one day I research I just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just canÂ't force myself to get through. Not the case with RIDE. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

RIDE has a pleasantly varied, mix of 14 tracks well written and brilliantly performed songs by these clearly talented musicians. Many of the songs displaying a large part of the kind emotion that makes for a truly great listening. Clearly drawing from what I can only imagine are their own real life experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions of love, sorrow, pain, failed relationships and unattainable romance. TheyÂ're all here.

Total journey is still beginning to end. One of those CDs that after a few listens the songs are just etched into your memory. A must have for the Contemporary Country fan. Really sensational from beginning to end.

While the album is really a number good track of my favorites are 1 - Is not Wastin 'Good Whiskey, track 8 - Stand In The Middle Of Texas, and track 13 - I Can Live With That

My Bonus Pick, and the one I got Sore [... as in "Stuck On Repeat"] is track 11 - Once A Cowboy. This is a great track!
