Which tool would be better to start for beginners SUPER?

I do not know how to read music, I play an instrument (so). and now im trying to learn how to play an instrument .... with a tutorial video, etc., because I do not think I can offer a private teacher. : (Im thinking of learning a lap harp (not the a flat) or flute or harmonica. what would be better to learn? (in time, money-wise, and trouble ...) or are there other suggestions? Ps.
