What would you get denied harmonica?
... If you had to choose between a Hohner Hohner blues band and a silver star. I've heard decent blues band and cheaper, but I would like to know if the silver star is worth the few extra dollars.
I would go with a Hohner Special 20 in a simple key C. The special 20 plays with the ease of a blues band, but the tone of a blues harp. You really need to start on a high quality (Hohner, Lee Oskar) easily harmonica play or you'll never learn all the tricks you can play styles.
