Minor Key Harmonicas

How do you get a harmonica?

there are different kinds of them, for example, in different keys, such as c, d, majors, minors, chromatic. What is the difference?

What do you play? For rock and blues, you probably want a 10-hole diatonic keyed in C (major). It is where everyone starts, and the diatonic is the workhorse of the company. Look for a plastic comb. If you are serious, consider something like the Lee Oskar or Hohner Special 20. These are about $ 30 each. If you want just plod, starting with something like a blues band. You will later be replaced if serious, but it's about $ 6, has a plastic comb, easy to play, and sounds to start.
