there is a role in Harry Potter 6 I do not get. plz tell me if you know?
I read all the Harry Potter books at least 5 times each and I just finished Book 6 for the hundredth time, but I've never understood this part: pg. 278 of the first American edition, Harry was in the office talking about Dumbledore's past voldomort. when he rose to leave he saw the ring was missing skinny. Harry told Dumbledore: "The ring is gone. but I thought you might have the mouth organ or something." Dumbledore replied: "Harry is very sensible, but the mouth organ, harmonica ever." and after that enigmatic note he waves to let Harry and Harry. I must say that English is my second language and perhaps that's why I do not get this part. PLEASE HELP! I know the meaning of the sentences, I simply do not understand where mouth organ came. They never talked about a harmonica before and now suddenly they talk about it! and they have not talked about Horcruxes in this section
They talk about the harmonica, check out HBP, Chapter 13 (The Secret Riddle) pg. 273, Paperback version. Harry unwittingly gets a premonition that something of the Riddle's right there on the ... Table was it? Replacing the Ring. Yes, She did not talk about Horcurxes here yet, but Harry thought that something of Riddle's should be, so he thought of something that Riddle had that Harry saw in the memory, recall, he saw the ring in one of those memories. Dumbledore, of course, thought it as amusing as Harry was close, but no place on the harmonica was nothing, it's just stuff that Riddle have, moreover, he was just eleven, too young to know about Horcruxes. When he discovered them, he can not be bothered to find that mouth organ, now can he? I can not quite explain much, but I hope this helps ^ ^
