Help with creative names for the organs of the digestive system?
I need a creative story for my biology class in which food takes a journey through the digestive system. I need help thinking of names for the places in the entire digestive system. (ex: Mouth Rushmore) Here are the bodies / places I need help by: ~ ~ ~ esophagus stomach small intestine large intestine anus ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ pancreas liver gallbladder any help would be appreciated! =] Thanks!
My anatomy teacher tends to call most of the "food tube" Stomach "the acidity" small intestine "villi villas, because of the finger on looking projections that absorb nutrients large intestine "sewer of the body" liver "detox center" because it cleanses toxins from the blood pancreas "mission control center" because it sends certain hormones that control digestive functions Sorry I do not come with names for them all, but I hope at least one of this helps.
