I can describe the latest release from Rock sensation Neil Young for you with just one word ... Excellent!
It's a rare day indeed that I get a CD from an artist I can truthfully say does not have a bad reputation in the forest. I am more than happy to announce that's exactly what to say about this. There is simply not an evil in forest. No fillers here at all, with each number are high on his own.
Rock fans will recognize some of the famous guests who have assembled to play with Young various points on the tracks. Artists like Ben Keith and Tim Drummond to name just a few.
Total Hawks and doves is an excellent introduction. What I call must have music. I give it two thumbs up and is certainly a worthy addition to a rock collection. Really an outstanding Rock CD. One of which is totally not all wasted time, because every track is just great.
While this entire CD is the really striking songs are track 2 - The Old Homestead, track 8 - Comin 'Apart at each Nail, and track 9 - Hawks & Doves.
My Bonus Pick, and the person Sore [... but I as in "Stuck On Repeat"] is track 1 - Little Wing. This is a great track!
