I can describe the latest release from Rock sensation Neil Young for you with only one worda ... Outstanding!
It is a rare day indeed that I am a CD from an artist I can say that truth is not a bad track in the forest. I am more than happy to announce thata is exactly what to say about this. There simply is not a bad one in the forest. No fillers here, every issue will be high on his own.
Rock fans will recognize some of the famous guests who have assembled to play with Young to some of the tracks. Artists like Ben Keith and Tim Drummond to just a few.
Overall Hawks and Doves is an excellent release. What I call must have music. I give it two thumbs up and is certainly a worthy addition to any Rock collection. Truly an outstanding Rock CD. One of those is completely void of wasted time, as each track is simply superb.
While this entire CD is the real striking tracks are track 2 - The Old Homestead, number 8 - Comin 'Apart At each Nail, and track 9 - Hawks & Doves.
My Bonus Pick, and the one I got Sore [... as in "Stuck On Repeat"] is track 1 - Little Wing. This is a great track!
