Scion xB ... WHERE IS THE DIESEL ENGINE??
Toyota has a very clean burning common rail diesel, which are 1.4 liter version powers a Toyota Yaris at 62.8 MPG. Imagine a Scion xB 'Toaster' gets 40 to 50 MPG, with much low end torque and plenty of room for your junk!
If you live in the U.S., not counting anytime soon. I do not think Toyota has no diesels in the U.S.. However, perhaps Toyota may decide to in the Japanese version of the xB when it is redesigned.
